• Light the pink candle and do so consciously.
• Light the Rose incense stick from the flame of the candle
• Put the paper in front of you and write your name and your loved one's name on it

• Add the Basil
• Add the Cacao
• Follow up with 3 drops of Rose Oil

• Fold the Paper 7 Times so the contents are trapped inside
• Burn it.
